As a trainer, teacher and coach, I work daily with people and their needs. Both in school and as a coach, I am a sounding board and that is what has driven me as a teacher for about 15 years. Being a coach, trainer and mentor is what I have been working with for the last 17 years. Helping students and customers in different situations by becoming their support in difficult and happy moments is exactly the person I want to be. My background in a variety of industries and encounters with different cultures has given me a wide range of knowledge to, for example managing change and being responsive. I am a very positive person who can easily find new ways and ideas for solutions and always do my job with outmost accuracy. I am often told that my enthusiasm is contagious and contributes to a better atmosphere both at work and when I give my riding lessons. My goal is to make my students succeed and for them to know that I, as a trainer, am there in all situations.
I have run projects and managed riding schools with good results. Last project I was in China working as a trainer so new challenges for me makes me feel strong as an individual. There is a strong desire to work on personal development for my students I am no stranger to challenging myself and trying new things. Equestrianism is the big passion and has been my elite sport for a long time. Struggling some battles in life and some wins have helped me shape my personality I have today.
I give riding lessons in English, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish. I like to work alot through films,apps at social media (or GO PRO camera that the rider has on during the time she,he rides) Whats App – Messenger – Coaches Eye. Where you can upload your rides and we can go through a video analysis of the course together. It’s also easier to give feedback and “rembering” the movie many times, is a good communication channel.
