Today

I am a happy and an active girl who is 42 years old who loves horses and work with education around them. I grew up in the Gothenburg area and have been involved in sports since my youth. Eenting became my passion at the age of 14 and since then I have been involved in all these equestrian diciplines. As a junior and YR rider, I competed a lot and got a few medals along the way. The passion for horses has always been there since the day I started and it has taken me on jobs around the world as far as China.

 

I decided early on that I wanted to be a coach and of course teaching was something I was passionate about. Many journeys in the equestrian life have shaped me into the person I am today and I like to turn adversity into assets. Through several pedagogical courses, I want to constantly feel informed in the educations systems and by updating my coaching license, I keep myself up 2 date. I think it is important to teach through different methods where I reach my students at all levels even though they may be at different stages of the developmental ladder. Similarly, I like to be constantly aware of the wish education levels the students are at. I try to manage my trainings by communications and how good we are at cooperate together. I have a personal desire to learn more about learning and how to best reach students and help them succeed. It drives me forward and my involvement benefits many students. With training in Leadership and at a higher level, the future goal is to be able to be a headmaster and run my own school in equestrian sports.

 

I am active in the Nordic countries as: Trainer in all disciplines, Coach, Referee in several sports, Course builder jumping and eventing, Team trainer, Sports teacher, Stress coach trained, Youth leader and trainer. Online coach and mental support during competitions.
